This service covers the usage of our address on Companies House as your Registered Office Address. This is the formal address of the company as an entity and where HMRC and Companies House correspondence will be sent to.
Once you’ve used your new office address, we will begin to receive letters for your company from HMRC and Companies House. Our staff will then scan the letter back to you and notify you of this via email. All letters will be stored securely for you to collect whenever you wish or for a fee of £2 per letter will be posted on to you.
The Registered Office Address service covers the usage of our address for your company on Companies House, whilst the Business Address entails using our address outside HMRC/Companies House, such as with your bank, on your website, for client communication etc.
£150 + VAT for 12 months. (Inc 25 letter scans credits per year)
