Director's Service Address Overview and Fees

Where can I use your address?

This service covers the usage of our address as a Director’s Correspondence Address, which is displayed below your name as a director on Companies House. Using our address here is a more secure alternative to using your home address, as it is publicly visible.

What happens to my letters?

Once the Director’s Address is in use, we may receive letters from HMRC and Companies House for you as a director. Our staff will then scan the letter back to you and notify you of this via email. All letters will be stored securely for you to collect whenever you wish or for a fee of £2 per letter will be posted on to you.

What will I be notified of?

When we receive letters on your behalf you are notified automatically when they are logged at our processing centre. The email will confirm that we have received a letter from HMRC/Companies House and will mail-forward/scan it the same/next working day.

What is the service fee?

£110 + VAT for 12 months. (Inc 25 letter scans credits per year)
Or
£10+ VAT per month (Inc 25 letter scans credits per year)

What do I need to register?

Our registration process is quick and easy. Once you’ve selected the services you require, we will need a few details about your company. You will then be invited to upload a proof of ID and proof of address. You can then start to use our address the same day.

This service is suitable for:
  • Changing the Correspondence Address of a director at Companies House.
  • Receiving HMRC/Companies House letters addressed to the director.
  • When forming a new company and for the public mailing address of the director.
