Situated on the tree lined, Squires Hill, the building stands proud just a few hundred yards from Rothwell's Parish Church, overlooking the public 'Manor Park' and is a landmark in the popular market town of Rothwell.

    A truly fascinating building, the Manor House possesses a particularly unique character. The house is built from local ironstone an limestone, featuring a collyweston slate pitched roof and tall chimneys. The elegant stone façade incorporates Roman, Doric and lonic columns, a truly impressive building to operate your business from.

    Today, The Manor House is operating as a successful Business Centre, part of the Psittacus Ltd group.
